I'm wondering if this was done on purpose, or if the people involved in printing the paper were under a lot of deadline stress and simply didn't notice. I can easily imagine the latter having worked for so long in printing myself. I've seen some real shocker mistakes go through, printed and delivered to the client who's the first one to notice.
The paper has apologised. 😂
